Coaches & Volunteers

Seahawks Minor Football is built through the dedication of volunteers, coaches, parents, and community members who want to help create positive experiences for young athletes.

We are always looking for additional support across all levels of our programs, including both Junior and Senior divisions.

Whether you have years of football experience or have never coached before, there is a place for you within Seahawks Minor Football.

We Are Looking For:

• Head Coaches

• Assistant Coaches

• Team Helpers

• Game Day Volunteers

No previous experience is required.

Football is a team sport both on and off the field, and our experienced coaches and volunteers work together to help new volunteers learn the game, understand drills, and build confidence along the way.

Our goal is to create a fun, safe, positive, and supportive environment where athletes can develop:

Volunteer Requirements

All coaches and volunteers working directly with athletes are required to complete:

• Criminal Record & Vulnerable Sector Check

• Child Abuse Registry Check

The organization will provide the required paperwork and guidance for these processes.
